BRINK Series

BRINK and its sequel, Back 2 the BRINK, are multi-day invitational Esports events for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Each event consisted of a total of 16 players, with 8 being invited directly by the BRINK team, 3 qualifying through winning associated events, and 5 qualifying through a community voting process. BRINK reached a peak of over 800 concurrent viewers, while Back 2 the BRINK reached over 1.3 thousand concurrent viewers.

At both installments of the BRINK series, I was the Production Lead. This role involved me having full control over the production of both events. My responsibilities included: recruiting and managing a production team, creating an equipment list that met all the needs of the production, booking out both the venue and the equipment as well as creating risk assessments for the bookings, setting up and packing down all the equipment in the venue, ensuring all team members knew how to perform in their roles and helping them to improve where neccesarry, and directing + Vision mixing for the broadcast while it was live.
